Nice place lots of new trailers

We have lived here a year and overall very nice. Quiet community, clean, and they do a background check on all residents. Only complaint is the water. Even with the filters it still has a rust tint. We cook with it but do not drink it from the tap.

Terrible water. Charge for credit checks. People are usually turned down so therefore loose the money they paid for the credit check.
