Better to order your pizza hot. We did the Sunday buffet and have been enjoying GI issues here over labor Day. When we order our own meal we usually do fine.

Great lunch @ Pizza Hut in Orrville....today! Great waitress surprised us when she said a gentleman had paid for our lunch that WE don't even know. THANKS!
This is the second time in 8 months I have been to this Pizza hut. Both experiences have been the same, buffet has old pizza, they don't want to make what you like. When you ask for pasta they say we are not putting any more out. They don't care about customer service. For the people who gave this place 3 or more stars, you guys have low standards of quality
