Best appliance repair company...HANDS DOWN! I will NEVER use another repair company! They are fast, friendly and know their stuff! We had another company come out to fix our broken dryer. The warranty company sent out eazy appliance and they were absolutely CLUELESS! Highly recommended!!!!!!❤

It was horrible I called before I went to make sure they had a piece that I needed when got there they didn't have it and I told them I called and he said I called another Bennett!! Basically calling me a lier horrible customer service period will never go back!!!

I just purchased a washer and dryer for over $2,000 from Bennetts. After the washer was installed it would turn on but not operate. Bennetts blamed this on the electrical connection so I called the power company and an electrician, they both confirmed the correct voltage was going to the washer. Rather than give me a new machine they insisted on ordering a new part for it which I am still waiting for, although I had just bought the washer new and never even used it and paid the additional money for the extended warranty. I am very unsatisfied with the service and lack of resolution. In addition to purchasing the washer and dryer I also purchased my stove and refrigerator just a year ago from them and have been a long timer customer. I will find an new appliance to purchase from in the future.
